In light of the new year, I have been discussing organizing ideas for the past week and will continue to do so for a little while longer. Today I have part two of the 6 Simple Organization Secrets That Will Make Your Life Easier series:
Isn’t it the simple things in life? A lazy susan in your refrigerator enables you to simply turn it to find the appropriate condiments and such.
I never have enough room in my kitchen cupboards for all my glasses. This is something so incredibly simple, I can’t believe I never thought of it before.
Attach hooks to the inside of your utility closet to conveniently hold items like your broom, dustpan, flashlight, etc. for easy access and storage.
Upcycle toilet paper rolls to store cables and other types of cords!
Two different ways to store ribbon.
Another idea for your utility closet – attach shallow bin/shelves to the inside door to hold cleaning products. I also love the idea of attaching the paper towel roll holder here as well, to keep it out of eyesight.
Use Velcro tape to keep unruly cords under control!
